Listing rules

To keep the platform trustworthy for buyers

  1. The lister must be the owner, an official agent, or an heir with documentation.
  2. All data (area, price, paid and remaining amounts) must be accurate; the lister is responsible for it.
  3. Photos must be real and recent photos of the unit itself, without third-party watermarks.
  4. Admins may review the listing and request extra documents before publishing.
  5. Admins may edit the listing wording or reject it if it violates these rules.
  6. The owner must notify the platform as soon as the unit is sold or its price changes.
  7. Owner contact details are never shown publicly; contact goes through the platform.
